TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or purchasing from MadCat Collective, you agree to the following terms.

All products are released as limited drops or preorders. Preorder items require approximately 6–8 weeks for production after the preorder window closes. Production timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Size-based returns or exchanges are not accepted. In rare cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion if an item is unworn, unwashed, and the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Preorders, limited drops, sale items, and discounted items are always final sale.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly due to production or lighting.

All content, designs, graphics, and logos are the property of MadCat Collective and may not be used without permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
